Restructured clogged navigation menu for an internal tool as a result of user feedback. Here’s a summary of the process:

1- Properly categorized and restructured all menu options. This process only involved a few teammembers due to budget constraints.
2- Created custom icon sets and font families with Icomoon
3- Created low and high fidelity mockups along with menu animations (this was shared and revised by stakeholders and CEO).
4- Created HTML template and worked alongside devs for implementation and QA.

This resulted in increased efficiency and reduced requests from employees.
